• Custom AI models developed for clients are governed by contract.
• Pre-existing frameworks, accelerators, and tools remain Ezio IP unless agreed otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

• Reverse engineer proprietary systems
• Upload unlawful data
• Violate intellectual property rights

5. Limitation of Liability

Ezio is not liable for:

Total liability limited to fees paid under specific agreement.

7. Force Majeure

Ezio shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, labor disputes, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
